Return Policy
We give 2 days for returns of item(s) from the date it was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SCENTED CANDLE?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire, only burn candles on a level resistant surface. Never burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time. At every burn, always burn for 3-4 hours for an even melt pool, Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass.
HOW DO I USE MY REED DIFFUSERS?
Step 1: Remove the gold/silver cover and also the clear plastic cover
Step 2: Replace the gold/silver cover
Step 3: Place the reed sticks (usually 5 or 7, depending on your bottle size) inside the bottle
Step 4: Let your reed diffuser naturally permeate your space. Reed diffusers will continue to evaporate into the air, creating a subtle and luxurious scent.

HOW OFTEN DO I FLIP THE REEDS?
Whenever you notice the scent fading a bit or you want an extra burst of fragrance. You should flip the reeds about once per week.
